Station Two features luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout, giving the space a modern, stylish feel. The fully-equipped kitchen and dining area make it easy to prepare meals during your stay, and the laundry room ensures you can keep up with your laundry.
The unit has three beds – a queen, twin, and full – so everyone can have a comfortable place to sleep. And with one bathroom, getting ready in the morning is a breeze. Plus, the unit features a 50-inch TV, high-speed internet with ethernet, and a smart home system with Ziggy, the Railroad Ranch's A.I. butler, to assist with any needs or questions you may have during your stay.
Station Two also features a carport and free private parking, so you can easily park your car during your stay. Plus, we provide snacks, bottled water, towels, and other amenities to make your stay even more comfortable.
The Railroad Ranch is located in Youngstown, centrally located along major highways between Cleveland, Pittsburgh, Indiana, and New York. We are minutes from downtown Youngstown and the Southern Park Mall and Shoppes at Boardman Park, so you'll have easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment. Plus, we are located minutes from Mill Creek Park and right on the WRTA bus line, where buses are free to ride.

In the bathroom, we provide shampoo, conditioner, lotion, soap, toothbrushes, toothpaste, and towels during your stay at The Railroad Ranch. If you need a blow dryer, we got you covered. We hope to provide everything you'd need to get started with your stay in Station Two. We understand people like to bring their own, but if it's buried in a suitcase somewhere, we have quick access to the things you need to enjoy a nice shower and freshen up after a long trip.
The exhaust fan has a Bluetooth speaker and a cool blue and amber night light. Enjoy your favorite music or listen to the news while you shower.
🚗Guest Access🔑
Guests have full access to Kitchen, Laundry room, bathroom, and all spaces in Station 2. When Station 3 (adjacent unit) has a check-out during your stay, our cleaning staff will access the pass-thru door to utilize the washer and dryer. (a 24-hour notice will be given to guests) Guests can lock the kitchen door to the laundry room for additional privacy during this time. The laundry room will be closed from 11 am until 3 pm.
Parking is free with a maximum of 2 vehicles. Upon request, exceptions can be made.

👷Work Group Terms👷
We welcome workgroups working in the area. When you are booking the reservation for your workers and not planning on staying at The Railroad Ranch yourself, the following three requests are required:
1. ID, Contact information of foreman to be shared with the host.
2. A 45.00 non-refundable damage waiver or refundable 100 deposit is required to secure the reservation.
3. The host will perform a video walkthrough at check-in and check-out when applicable.
4. If this is a last-minute booking, access to Station Three will be granted once the first three requirements are met.
The guest and workgroup agree to the Work Group Terms when a reservation is booked, and a reservation code has been assigned. Please complete requests 1-3 before check-in to avoid a cancellation performed by the guest or Airbnb, not to affect the host's cancellation status on the platform.

Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
