How Station Two welcomes you
- Open the front doorThe lights come on and Ziggy welcomes you by name, with the temperature and a tip for your stay.
- Open each bedroomEach bedroom, and the bathroom, says hello and explains its lights.
- Ask for anythingAn Echo in every room handles lights, alarms, timers and music. Every switch works by hand too.
- Check out by 10 AMPress the check-out button next to the alligator head, or say “Ziggy, goodbye.” Within five minutes the lights go off, the climate adjusts and the door locks.

Good to know
- Free covered parking for two standard vehicles (F-150 size and smaller). Larger and commercial vehicles use a nearby overflow lot for $25 a night.
- The laundry room is shared with Station Three. On its checkout days our cleaners may pass through between 11 AM and 3 PM, with 24 hours' notice, and the kitchen door to the laundry locks for privacy.
- Pets are welcome when they're on the reservation, and crated when left alone.

We really enjoyed our stay in Station Two at the Railroad Ranch! The space was quaint, clean, and quiet, with a fun railroad theme that gave it so much character. My dad is a railroad enthusiast, so that made the stay especially enjoyable for him.We also loved the unexpected high-tech touches, including Echo Dots in each room that made it easy to turn on lights, set alarms, or play music. Our host was proactive and responsive, and the instructions for check-in, our stay, and check-out were all very clear.The Railroad Ranch is truly a little gem in Youngstown. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it—especially to fellow railroad enthusiasts!

My daughter and I were returning cross-country from the west coast and stayed in Youngstown, OH for the last leg of the trip. We travel with her dog, a 7 year-old australian shepherd who is very protective of us. She barks like crazy when she first meets you, but then turns friendly when she senses we are ok with someone. Wayne happened to be there looking after the other unit he rents, and she greeted him as she always does; crazy at first and then loving the attention. Wayne helped recommend local places to eat, get take-out, which we chose given we'd been in the car all day and wanted to relax at his lovely BnB. He was super friendly, and made us feel very welcome. We loved the little two bedroom place and had fun with all the "AI" amenities, which we really didn't have time to fully explore. Oh well, maybe next time we cruise through Ohio! Thanks, Wayne, it was a good night for all three of us!

Wayne is one of the most responsive hosts we have ever had. At one point in the stay we had an issue and Wayne showed up literally after I typed the message for help. Within minutes he was there resolving the issue.

Yeah, I really did enjoy myself here and I did feel right at home. The only downfall was we didn't have much of a backyard so we didn't feel comfortable with bringing out his grill , also the noise monitor in the home, threw me off with all the high tech technologies as well. Lol but other than that it was cool
