How Station Three welcomes you
- Open the front doorThe pendant light comes on and Ziggy says hello, by name.
- Ring the counter bellYour welcome video plays on Ziggy's screen in the kitchen.
- Open each bedroomEvery room, and the bath, introduces itself and its controls.
- Settle inBack in the living room, the TV wraps up your welcome. Then the house goes quiet.
- Check out by 10 AMPress the red button by Ziggy's screen. Within five minutes the lights go off, the climate adjusts and the door locks.

Good to know
- Free covered parking for two standard vehicles (F-150 size and smaller). Larger and commercial vehicles use a nearby overflow lot for $25 a night.
- The laundry room is a pass-through shared with Station Two. On its checkout days our cleaners may pass through between 11 AM and 3 PM, with 24 hours' notice, and the kitchen door to the laundry locks for privacy.
- A workspace with fast Wi-Fi and an Ethernet connection.
- Need a wheelchair? One is available for $25 per stay; ask before you arrive.

Wayne is one of the most helpful hosts I have encountered. The inside of the place is stunning, clean and well stocked. He provides clear instructions and will ensure everything is smooth for your stay. The smart home is cool. As soon as you get through the welcome portion of it you don't have to worried and I was glad to have all the standard means to open/close and turn on/off things around the home even if my son was interested in playing with all the features. Parking can be a slight challenge with a larger SUV especially if the other unit is rented but nothing Wayne was not there to help support and ensure a smooth situation (he even made a video showing where to park before we arrived). We just stayed for an quick overnight while traveling back home and would be happy to stay again.

Family stayed here for a trip into town for a few college visits. It was close to a lot of dinner options. The house was super clean, beds and couches very comfortable, and the AI touches were pretty cool. Would definitely stay again when in the area!

Station 3 was perfect for my stay in the area. The smart home features were exciting and sometimes confusing if you’re not used to it but overall it was fun and enlightening. The place was clean and Wayne was very helpful and responsive to all of our concerns. I would definitely stay here again!
