Beautiful interior of the home. Very nice and new smart home capabilities. Wayne was very responsive to our needs and quickly. Wayne worked with our larger group and both portions of the home were adjoined which made a great night for our families. Several restaurants and ice cream nearby! Appeared to be a very quiet area through our experience.

The space was clean and Wayne is a responsive host. The house(s) are unique in layout - and the neighborhood is working class but very quiet. Portable AC units took some getting used to but worked fine. Great for larger group who need to be in between suburbs and downtown. Overall a positive experience!
