We do thorough preparation before your arrival, but we may have missed something. If you notice any pre-existing damage or other issues, please notify us immediately, but no later than 24 hours after check-in. If any damage, malfunctions, or other problems occur during your stay, please notify us promptly so we may resolve the issue for you as quickly as possible. You may be held responsible for any damage caused by malfunctioning equipment that you don't report to us as soon as you notice it. Travel issues not reported within 24 hours of check-in will not be eligible for a refund or partial discount. By booking, you acknowledge that our policy supersedes and overrules the Airbnb policy.

Station Five is a combination of Station Three and Station Two. The numbers correspond with the bedrooms in each unit.
