House Rules

⭐SHOES- Remove shoes after entering.
⭐TRASH- Trash should be placed in trash can #2 or #3 and brought to the curb on Mondays.
????Only use the doors with smart locks on them, all other doors are for emergencies only.
???? ???? PETS- Two small pets are allowed. Under 45 pounds per pet. They must be in a crate if left alone. If you do not have a crate, I can provide one upon request.
????PROPANE GRILL- If you use the grill, clean it and the utensils and put everything back as you found it.
???? We are open to work groups in town to do work. We require IDs to be sent before check-in for all members of your group.
★ REPORTING ANY ISSUES AT CHECK-IN

We do full preparation before your arrival, but it could be possible we missed something. If you notice any pre-existing damage or any other issues, please let us know immediately, and no more than 24 hours after check-in. If any damage, malfunctions, or other issues occur during your stay, please tell us promptly so we may fix it for you as quickly as possible. You may be held responsible for any damage caused by malfunctioning equipment that you don't report to us as soon as you notice it. Travel issues not reported within 24 hours of check-in will not be eligible for a refund or partial discount. By booking, you acknowledge that our policy supersedes and overrules the Airbnb policy.

⚠️Kitchen Sink Daily Care
⚠️For best results, rinse the sink after each use.
⚠️Wipe off with a soft sponge or cloth
⚠️Do not use steel wool or abrasive cleaners such as ammonia and bleach. ⚠️Do not leave pots, utensils, or standing water in the sink

Station Five is a combination of Station Three and Station Two. The numbers correspond with the bedrooms in each unit.
