Terms and Conditions for The Railroad Ranch Short-Term Rental:

1. The Railroad Ranch is a short-term rental property located at 4232 Southern Blvd. Youngstown, Ohio. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations by making a reservation.
2. A $500 refundable deposit is required for all reservations. The deposit will cover any damages or losses incurred during your stay. The deposit will be refunded within 72 hours after departure, provided no damages or losses have occurred. 
3. The rental fee must be paid in full at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards.
4. Check-in time is 4:00 PM on the day of your arrival, and check-out time is 11:00 AM on the day of your departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional fees.
5. The Railroad Ranch allows pets, subject to approval and payment of a $25.00 pet fee per pet for up to three pets less than 45 pounds each. The pet fee is non-refundable.
6. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside The Railroad Ranch. Any evidence of smoking inside the property will result in forfeiture of the security deposit. (Please find designated smoking area located by the carport.)
7. The Railroad Ranch is fully furnished with amenities, including towels, linens, and toiletries. Please leave these items in the property upon departure.
8. No parties or events are allowed at the Railroad Ranch. Any evidence of such will result in forfeiting the $500 deposit.
9. The Railroad Ranch is not responsible for any injuries or accidents on the property during your stay. Guests assume all risks associated with using the property and its amenities.
10. The Railroad Ranch reserves the right to terminate any reservation at any time for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these Terms and Conditions or any applicable laws or regulations. In such cases, no refunds will be provided.

By making a reservation at The Railroad Ranch, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
