1. **Product Description:** The $45 Damage Waiver is a voluntary service the Railroad Ranch provides to its customers. It covers up to $500 in damages that may occur during your visit to our premises.

2. **Non-Refundable Purchase:** The $45 Damage Waiver purchase is non-refundable. Once the payment is made, it is considered final and cannot be reversed, regardless of its use.

3. **Coverage Limit:** The $45 Damage Waiver provides coverage for damages up to a maximum amount of $500. Any damages exceeding this amount will be the responsibility of the customer.

4. **Damage Reporting:** If damage occurs during your visit, you must promptly report it to the Railroad Ranch staff. Failure to report damages may result in the waiver becoming void, and you will be held liable for the total cost of the damages.

5. **Exclusions:** The $45 Damage Waiver does not cover intentional acts, gross negligence, or damages from illegal activities. It also does not cover damages caused by pets, unauthorized modifications to equipment, or any pre-existing conditions or wear and tear.

6. **Duty of Care:** While the $45 Damage Waiver covers accidental damages, it does not absolve customers from exercising reasonable care and caution when using our facilities. Customers are expected to respect the premises, equipment, and property and take necessary precautions to avoid damages.

7. **Waiver Transferability:** The $45 Damage Waiver is non-transferable and can only be used by the customer who purchased it. It cannot be assigned or shared with any other individual or party.

8. **Termination of Agreement:** The Railroad Ranch reserves the right to terminate or modify the terms of the $45 Damage Waiver policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will apply to future purchases.
