Terms and Conditions: Late Check-Out Charge at The Railroad Ranch

1. Late Check-Out Policy:

a. The Railroad Ranch allows guests to extend their check-out time until 1:00 pm for an additional fee of $25.00.
b. This late check-out policy is subject to availability and can only be approved the day before check-out.

2. Fee Payment:

a. The late check-out fee of $25.00 must be paid in full at the time of the request and before the extended check-out time.
b. Payment is to be made via our Late Check-out Form.

3. Extension of Check-Out Time:

a. By paying the late check-out fee, guests can extend their check-out time until 1:00 pm on the day of departure.
b. Guests must vacate The Railroad Ranch by 1:00 pm; Failure to do so may result in additional charges or penalties.

4. Availability and Restrictions:

a. The late check-out option is subject to availability and may not be guaranteed in cases of high occupancy or other circumstances as determined by The Railroad Ranch.
b. The Railroad Ranch reserves the right to refuse or cancel a late check-out request if necessary for operational or other reasons.

5. No Refunds or Changes:

a. All late check-out fees are non-refundable.
b. Once the late check-out fee has been paid, no changes, modifications, or refunds will be permitted.
c. If a guest chooses to check out earlier than the extended check-out time, no refund or credit will be provided for the unused portion of the late check-out period.

6. Liability:

a. The Railroad Ranch is not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience arising from the late check-out option.
b. Guests are solely responsible for their personal belongings and valuables during the extended check-out period.

7. Compliance with Rules and Regulations:

a. Guests must adhere to all other terms, conditions, and rules established by The Railroad Ranch during their stay, even when opting for a late check-out.
b. Failure to comply with rules or regulations may incur additional charges or penalties.

8. Amendments:

a. The Railroad Ranch reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these terms and conditions without prior notice.
b. Any changes made to the late check-out policy will be effective immediately upon posting the updated terms and conditions.

By proceeding with the Payment of the late check-out fee, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the above terms and conditions.
