Immaculately clean. New bedding and towels. Parking is tight if there are other people in neighboring unit. Window AC unit in main area keeps it nice and cold but the bedrooms are warm. Ceiling fans help. Windows in bedrooms could use some heavy curtains for light and traffic noises, especially the front ones. A+ service and responsiveness of the owner.

Wayne cares about his guests! He warmly welcomes you and the kids LOVED ziggy. The house was even better than the photos, comfortable, everything listed was included and had most everything we needed altogether. My daughter loved the books. I loved that we could play music throughout the house so I could move around as a mom and still hear it. We made great memories and felt right at home. He even allowed us to have guests over to enjoy some quality time as a family with our military member playing games around the large table in the center of the living room. He truly makes the most of the space allowing for everything to flow and provide all you need. The beds were extremely comfortable and extra blankets were provided. If you’re not a tech person, it may take you a moment to get used to but i promise you’ll grow to love it!!!

Extremely clean and very well appointed!! We really appreciated the cold water, snacks, & coffee too!! We felt right at home and enjoyed the convenient location to visit our son in the area 🙂 Easy check in with excellent communication as well!! We would definitely recommend!!

Station 3 was nice and clean and the beds were firm which was perfect, ziggy look some getting used to but the smart house was vary accommodating. Would stay again

Went to see a concert downtown and it was a great place to crash for the night. Easy access in and out.

Wayne was one of the best hosts I've ever had, and I've done a lot of traveling. He was personable and cared about our stay. Ziggy is a marvel and make sure you get the complementary popcorn upon check in!
